Fotis Kokotos is a Greek developer, hotelier and designer based in Elounda, Crete. Holding degrees in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University in the UK and in Environmental Engineering from UCLA in the US, he has developed and designed numerous tourism projects (hotels, spas, conference centers, holiday homes) while participating on the boards of Elounda SA Hotels & Resorts, SETE – Union of Greek Tourism Enterprises, and Marketing Greece.
